OmegaHigh® Fish Oil is a molecularly distilled fish oil concentrate, enteric coated (to minimize fish flavor & odor), providing a natural dietary source of Omega-3 polyunsaturates. Omega-3 fatty acids support cardiovascular and cognitive function.

Quantity: 90 softgels per bottle

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 1-3 softgels daily with meals. Each softgel contains 1000mg of distilled fish oil derived from sardines, anchovies and mackerel. The enteric coating prevents any fishy taste or odor.
